Accessed from our cobbled courtyard, you enter a galleried lobby with downstairs WC. The open-plan oak kitchen and dining area opens onto a private garden and patio area.

The oak stairs lead to a large landing and sitting area with delightful views south over the fields to Greystoke Forest. Access to spacious first floor living room with oak beams and cast iron stove.

The feature master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and television, has an en-suite bathroom with separate wet room shower and whirlpool bath.

The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and full ensuite bathroom.
