Off the entrance hall is a utility area with a WC and washer/dryer, sink and freezer.

The first floor living area features dining and seating for four people, including a window seat with views over open fields and the Caldbeck Fells.

There is an open plan fully fitted oak kitchen as well as a comfortable lounge area. The double bedroom has a fully fitted ensuite bathroom.
